Description
The claim is narrower than it sounds. It is not that change is hard, or that you have to want it badly enough. It is that the thing which actually moves is the number of times you showed up, and almost nothing else moves it.
The design is a stamp. “MEANINGFUL CHANGE” arches over the top of a circle and “CONSISTENCY” arches under the bottom, both reading around the ring. Across the middle, “REQUIRES” sits in its own panel between two sets of dashes, with a small dumbbell above the band and a second one below. White on every color, front only.
Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton at 4.2 oz, light enough to stay light through a summer session. Side seams keep it from twisting in the wash, and it is cut straight through the body at a standard length.
