Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information & wish lists, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.

Yes, your payment information is secure.

  • We use SSL encryption for all AddyMiRi website data transfers.
  • AddyMiRi does not store your sensitive payment (such as credit card numbers). Payment information is handled directly by the payment processor.
Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Fulfillment & Shipping

We do sometimes have promotional shipping rates, such as free shipping. If available, free shipping will be shown to you as an option during the checkout process.

We make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible. On average, order fulfillment is 2-5 days, then the time required in transit.

We attempt to ship all items in an order together as a single delivery. This helps limit both shipping costs and environmental impact. However, some items require to be shipped independently. 

Absolutely. After your order is submitted, you can view all your orders with their status and tracking information from the Orders page in your account dashboard. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy (based on date of shipping). For any item you are not satisfied, need a different size, etc. we will make all reasonable attempts to find an acceptable replacement for you.

At a minimum, we will need the order number from which your item was purchased. We may need additional information as we process your return.

Shipping costs for returns are not included. You are free to choose the desired shipping carrier and method to return an item.

Yes. To complete an exchange, please contact us to initiate a return, then you may place a new order for the updated item.
