We do sometimes have promotional shipping rates, such as free shipping. If available, free shipping will be shown to you as an option during the checkout process.
We make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible. On average, order fulfillment is 2-5 days, then the time required in transit.
We attempt to ship all items in an order together as a single delivery. This helps limit both shipping costs and environmental impact. However, some items require to be shipped independently.Â
Absolutely. After your order is submitted, you can view all your orders with their status and tracking information from the Orders page in your account dashboard. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer a 30 day return policy (based on date of shipping). For any item you are not satisfied, need a different size, etc. we will make all reasonable attempts to find an acceptable replacement for you.
