Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item from a recent AddyMiRi purchase, we accept returns for items within 30 days of the shipping date with a valid receipt. We do not accept returns without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If you do not have a valid receipt or if we cannot confirm your purchase in our system, we may not be able to issue a refund, credit or courtesy exchange.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn (excluding merchandise that has proven defective).
• Certain merchandise (such as fragrance or swimwear) may not be eligible for return unless in original, unused condition.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Shipping fees to return items are not covered by AddyMiRi. You may choose any carrier or method to return an item. However, the item must be received by AddyMiRi within the 30 day period to complete the return.
