Shipping Policy

To help protect consumers against fraud and financial theft, all orders are subject to a manual review before the order is confirmed for fulfillment. The review process may include any information directly related to the order, such as name, address, contact information, and  payment verification, authentication, & approval.

We strive to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. However, order acceptance, fulfillment, and shipping may be delayed by a number of factors throughout our facilities, supply chain partners, and shipping carriers including holidays, weather delays, and world events.

Live Updating Rates

The shipping rates shown during checkout of your cart use a live updating process. This ensures you are receiving the best rate available based on the specific size, weight, and destination of the items being purchased.

The specific shipping carrier chosen to deliver your order will be provided in the order confirmation email sent to you after the checkout process is completed and the order had been accepted for fulfillment.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for specific products for US domestic orders (both fulfilled and shipped within the US).

Requirements for Express Shipping Eligibility:

  • Express shipping is not available for all AddyMiRi products. It is available only for orders that are purchased, fulfilled, and shipped to a destination within the domestic US. If an order contains a mixture of both eligible and ineligible items, express shipping may not be available as an option. 
  • Express Shipping is not available for orders that do not include a phone number.
  • Express Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses
Free Shipping

From time to time, we may offer promotional rates, such as free shipping. These promotional rates may include a requirement such as minimum order subtotal in order to qualify for the promotion. Any requirement for the promotional rate will be identified prior to order payment.

Shipping of Multiple Items

To help reduce shipping rates and limit packaging waste, we will strive to ship all item of your order together in one container when possible. This may result in slight delay for some items as they are waiting for an additional item in your order to be fulfilled.

Some items are shipped independently to help preserve their shape (such as hats) or provide extra protection. This may result than a higher than expected shipping rate shown during the checkout process as an additional shipment is generated. If you have any questions on the rates shown for your order, you may modify the included items on your order to identify if any specific item is causing a large shipping rate increase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is provided to the selected shipping carrier, you can follow the shipping status:

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including the associated tracking number. You can use the provided link in the email to view shipping status
  • You may login into your account on AddyMiRi.com and view the tracking information for all your orders. To view:
    • Visit https://www.addymiri.com
    • Login to the My Account page
    • On the left-hand menu, click Orders
    • For the order you want to view tracking information, click the View button
    • When the order details page opens, click the tracking number link next to Tracking number
