Nobody needs a shirt for the day they feel like it. The work is the other days: the session you talked yourself into, the one that was fine and not memorable, the one after that. Enough of those and they add up to something.
A thin rectangle frames the whole design. “DO” and “THE” arch across the top with the lifter’s head between them, and underneath, a figure stands square with a loaded barbell across the hips. “WORK” runs below in heavy condensed caps, wide enough to break the frame. Cream ink on all three colors, front only.
Standard length, but side-seamed and cut close through the body, so size up if you would rather it skim. Combed ring-spun cotton at 4.3 oz and 32 singles, which is what makes it smooth rather than fuzzy. Pre-shrunk, so it comes back the size it went in. XS to 3XL.
