Anybody will tell you to work hard. It’s the cheapest advice there is and it costs nothing to say. The other two lines are the ones with a price on them, and putting them in the larger type is the design making an argument rather than a slogan.
The patch is a rounded rectangle with a black border and a fine horizontal line fill behind the type. “Work Hard” arches across the top, over a small dumbbell set between two rules. “Stay Humble” runs largest through the middle. “Be Kind” sits underneath, with a small sprig on either side.
Unstructured and low profile, so the crown sits soft instead of standing up and the hat packs flat. The brim and crown are distressed at the edges. Six panels, six sewn eyelets, four rows of stitching on the brim, and a hook-and-loop strap, so one size genuinely does fit.
